The Laureate is a new building located just a two-minute bike-ride away from UC Berkeley. This building houses 24 apartments, including two penthouses. You’ll have access to resort-type living at an affordable price with lavish on-site amenities including a fitness center, coffee bar, and a roof-top deck where you can enjoy stunning sunsets! At The Laureate, you’ll have access to high-speed Internet, bike racks/repair station, package lockers, study rooms for privacy and an on-site manager to help with anything you may need.

The Laureate features 24 luxury apartments. We have 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units, with 2-3 bathrooms as well as a couple of high-ceiling lofts. Check our floorplans on the website.

There is a multitude of security cameras around the property as well as a secure entrance.

The Laureate does not have a parking garage but has a large bike storage room. Residents may rent parking within neighboring properties including some that Square One Management operates.

We do not offer unfurnished units except for the loft style unit. All of our luxury units at The Laureate are fully furnished with designer furnishings. We challenge you to find a more stylishly furnished apartment for rent in Berkeley. Each living room comes with a couch, coffee table, dining table and TV. Our kitchens features marble countertops and gold finishes. The bedrooms include a modern bedframe, mattress, night stand and desk.
